this closet organizer was the answer for me. Not only was it priced right but it was so easy to install. I'm a 52 year old woman who is handy with tools but I would recommend this set up for a beginner. Just read the instructions gather the tools you need and go for it. I planned my configuration and did repairs, painted walls and then installed the organizer. It took only 6 hrs for the install. repairs and paint done the day before. My closet is in an older home with unusual demensions and this solved all my problems. Now my closet looks like a professional closet you see on all the home improvement shows. Love It it's easy - peasy!!!!

This is the best value in closet organizers that I have seen. Installs very fast and easily if you have the right tools (a stud-finder helps) and flexibility of configurations is amazing. The finish on the metal pieces is attractive and tough and the gleaming silver color in a white closet is a sophisticated contrast. I highly reco the Deluxe Kit over the standard; I bought both and the extra pieces and configurations possible with the Deluxe are more than worth it. All of my kids now have these in their closets and all three of them have commented on how much easier it is to keep their rooms clean and their closets tidy. After moving into my new home I realized I have TOO MUCH STUFF! So, in the mean time as I go though all my junk, I found the Rubbermaid Configurations Closet Kit to be an outstanding way to maximize my closet space and store some of my stuff. I ended up buying 2 of the kits and custom cutting the top hang bar to fit a long/wide master bedroom closet and a smaller guest room closet. The amount of additional storage space has really made me happy and it was pretty easy to install. It's nice to have someone helping, but possible to install solo. We recently ordered 3 of these deluxe closet system sets for our new home. Easy to put together - very customizable - keeps everything neatly organized. We anchored ours highest towards the ceiling, so there was plenty of room below for shoes and purses. Had extra pieces left over to put shelves in our other hall closets and even above the laundry area. The only down-side is the package is very heavy - about 60lbs. So UPS refused to leave it the door while we were at work and we had to go to the facility to pick it up. Need a hand truck to wheel to car and need maybe two people to lift it up. I love this product. This was the second one I installed and absolutely love it. I have the built in stuff in all of my other closets and truely wish I could afford to rip the built-in closet out and use the rubbermaid instead. I have two little ones under the age of three and organizing toys was a little challenge before I put this in. It'll be perfect also when I need to convert it back to a bedroom closet instead of a playroom closet. The first one was for a hall closet that used to be totally useless. My daughter makes comments everytime I see her taking stuff out of the closet how much she loves it.
