I bought the 4'-8' organizer, installation was pretty easy, the demo of the old closet and painting was less than fun though.
My Suggestions:
*Have a good working stud sensor
*A laser line level would speed the process up a bit too.
Suggested Modifications:
* Instructions say to install tracks 86.5" above floor, after my full install I may suggest others to install at 81.5" that way you can have one shelf on top and hang clothes from and another shelf on bottom without needing extra extensions.
* Also, my closet measured about 5' X 5' instead of buying 2 of the 3-6' organizer sets, I accidentally bought 1 of the 4-8' sets. I installed one track on the left wall and the other on the far back wall. You're supposed to actually overlap the the tracks but this modification proved to be very practical and actually saved me $.

Very easy to setup. The back of the box gives you some ideas for different configuration ideas.
The top track is the most important part to install correctly. I would take a piece of masking tape or blue painter's tape and line it up across the wall. Get a feel for the height at where you want the rods, and make sure the tape is level. and then hold the track up above the tape and do your drilling.
If you are drilling into wallboard without studs behind it, get familiar with how to use the included wall anchors before you go drilling holes. If you feel your wallboards are weak, look into some other wall anchor options at your local Home Depot or Lowe's.
If you are not careful with holding the pieces up against the wall and let it rub against your paint too much, it will dirty up your walls.

Quality is tons better than what I expected. Instructions could be a little better. Come with many configurations on the box but don't forget to check out their website as they have even more configurations. Looks tons better than what the closet originally had. For those of you living in older homes, as a previous review stated, please ensure you have even walls and can find your studs. Our walls were not perfectly even due to warping caused by the age of the house and we could not attach the 7' rod correctly regardless of how hard we tried. We had to give up on that configuration and decided to go with a different one - good thing it's easy to do on this. In the end, we ended up with the configuration shown above but in 7'. My wife isn't as tall as I am so she got the lower portion, I got the top and it's perfect for us. 5 stars easy.Customer Review: Flexible, nice looking organizer at great price

I purchased two 4-8 ft deluxe custom closet kits for a large walk-in closet, that had an existing 1-pole, shelf setup. I had to remove all the clothing, remove the existing fixtures, paint (it was a dreary beige with lots of scuffs) and then install. Once the prep part was finished, the actual install took about 4 hours (for both kits) working by myself. I also had some issues with the included drywall anchors, I had some others that I decided to use for the second set.
I have done the storage pride from home depot (with a helper), this was faster and easy to do solo, everything is lightweight. Just take your time on the initial rail installation, if that is correct the rest goes very fast.
I added two Elfa floor standing drawer units as well.
I was able to find extra parts at Orchard Supply (OSH).

After 'shopping' & comparing prices, manuf's, reviews, etc., purchased 3(!!!) 4-8'systems & one 3-6' to re-do all of our closets. You won't beat Amazon's prices; We had selected approx 1/3 of identical products elsewhere and w/ no shipping & tax, Amazon's couldn't be beat! We hired 'handymen' and it took 2 guys <3 hours, which included removing the old shelf & pole. (ALMOST FORGOT: this closet is 18feet long & <4' wide with a 6 1/2'at max sloped ceiling). Took much longer to "configure!" Love that you can easily change/rearrange, mix shelves & rods & other accessories. It's very neat & attractive & extremely sturdy & well-made. Also bought tons of accessories; favorite is slide-out canvas drawers(check Amazon's lower pricing on accessories too). GREAT PRODUCT. Check Rubbermaid's web site for configuration ideas & suggestions.
